***Patchouli (Pogostemon Cablin) Known for its musky aroma, Patchouli is used in many, many perfume bases and famous perfumes. It has wonderful grounding properties to help balance emotions to help ease stress, anxiety and depression. Dab a tiny amount on those fine lines and wrinkles before moisturizing as Patchouli is great for skin. Patchouli can help with acne issues, eczema, and dandruff. It's a relaxing oil and may aid in restful sleep. It's a fabulous earthy oil for meditation and yoga and a very sensual oil as well.
Apply Patchouli on pulse points---wrists, back of neck, base of spine and even bottoms of the feet for restful slumber. Roll a tiny amount on fine lines and wrinkles. Use as a natural perfume. Patchouli ages well like fine wine. The longer you wear it, the more intoxicating the aroma.....
Patchouli was first harvested by the Tamil people of South India, and was used primarily as an insect repellent. Centuries later, Patchouli found its way on the silk trade route and it's said that Napoleon first introduced this captivating scent to Europe. Then Patchouli was introduced to the cosmetic industry where perfumeries use it as a base to many perfumes used today. The 60's and 70's, of course, is where most of us remember this alluring scent. Hippies used Patchouli to mask the smell of another plant that was widely used in that era. Patchouli is the favorite scent of the Flower Child.

***Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus Globulus) is used in spas worldwide. It's widely known to ease respiratory and coughing due to the common cold. Rolling a small amount under your nose and on your chest can instantly open sinuses. It helps with headaches and also has relaxing properties to help with stress. Eucalyptus is a great massage oil and can ease tired muscles and aid in pain relief. It's a wonderful bug repellent as well.
Roll Eucalyptus under your nose and on your chest for respiratory issues and to open airways due to congestion. Dab on temples to soothe headache. (Avoid Eyes) Roll on achy muscles and rub in to ease tired muscles. Apply on pulse points as a bug repellent.
Eucalyptus was first used by the Aboriginal people of Australia to treat respiratory issues, wounds and pain. We commonly see koala bears eating eucalyptus leaves as their food source. It has a fresh, crisp, clean, sweet and camphor scent. Eucalyptus Essential Oil’s active chemical components contribute to its reputation as a purifying, cleansing, clarifying, and immune-boosting oil that is ideal for use on skin and in aromatherapy. It facilitates easy breathing, enhances feelings of relaxation, creates a refreshing feeling when used in massages, soothes nervous tension, and helps clear the mind.

If you have nail fungus, roll on affected nails morning and night to see improvement. Your nails only grow 1/16 of an inch per month, so it will be a slow process. Prior to using Tea Tree for the first time, we suggest testing a small area of skin.

***Made from the resin of Boswellia trees, Frankincense (Boswellia Carterii) is known as the King of all Oils for the many outstanding benefits that it provides.  Apply Frankincense to soothe skin to reduce fine lines, wrinkles and skin imperfections.  Frankincense may calm stomach upset by rolling on the area of pain.  It also can be helpful as a calming oil to reduce stress and anxiety and provides wonderful grounding properties for meditation and yoga.  Frankincense has anti-inflammatory properties to help ease symptoms of arthritis and pain also plays a role in helping people with asthma.  When in doubt of what oil to use, choose Frankincense as this oil does it all.
